The IR-TE series are a range of water-proof palm-sized radiation thermometers which are engineered to measure the surface temperature of objects without the need for contact. The center of the target area being measured is pinpointed by a built-in laser. It is dust-resistant, waterproof, and washable.

It was designed to be shock-resistant and it also features an auto power-off function to save battery life. The product has a temperature range of --40 to 300?C, and it can operate in two units of temperature, ?C/?F. It is powered by 2 pieces of Alkaline AAA batteries.
